HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
6-7 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. vanilla or to taste
2 pts. cream or half & half
1/2 tsp. lemon extract or less
Milk

Mix eggs with mixer. Add sugar, flour, and salt; beat until thick (the longer mixing the better). Pour in ice cream freeze; add cream and flavorings and fill rest with milk. Mix with spoon and freeze.
