1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour

Break egg into a cup and add sour cream. Combine dry ingredients and fold in egg mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
