CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

ICING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Cream cheese, add eggs gradually. Add vanilla and sugar. Pour in muffin cup (about 3/4 full). Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and cool 5 minutes. Place 1 teaspoon of the following on each cupcake.

Mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Put 1 teaspoon on each cupcake. Return to oven and cook 5 minutes. Cool at room temperature and keep refrigerated. Top with a cherry. Makes 2 dozen.
