CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
Bowl #1:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat until smooth and creamy; fold in 1 cup chocolate chips; set aside.

Bowl #2:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. dark cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. white vinegar

Mix all together of Bowl #2. Fill 18 cupcake liners 1/3 full of chocolate batter. Drop by one heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in the center of each. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and 1/4 of cut-up cherry in the center or leave plain.
