CHICKETTE 
2 1/2 c. broken spaghetti
1 whole chicken or 5 chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion, optional
2 c. mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2-1 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. pepper

Cook chicken; cool and dice. Reserve 1 cup of broth. Cook and drain spaghetti. Mix all ingredients in a 4 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
