QUICK CHOCOLATE CHIP DROPS 
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 1/3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix brown sugar, butter and egg. Stir in baking mix and add flour until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately remove form cookie sheet. Makes about 2 dozen (24 drops).
