3 (24 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
3 c. sugar
1 qt. whipping cream
Fresh fruit (your choice)

Puree the cottage cheese until there are absolutely no lumps. Combine with the sugar and the whipping cream. Freeze and serve with fresh fruit. Tastes like cheese cake.
