GLAZED PEACHES 
4 peaches or 1 lg. can peach halves
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. orange or peach preserves
1 tbsp. orange juice
Vanilla yogurt or ice cream, optional

Peel peaches, cut lengthwise in half. Remove pits. Set aside. For glaze, in a 1 1/2 quart casserole, melt butter, about 30 seconds. Stir in preserves and juice. Add drained canned peaches or fresh peaches. Cook, covered, on 100% power 3 minutes for canned and 5 minutes or until tender for fresh peaches. Stir once or twice while cooking.

Spoon glaze over peaches when you stir them. Serve warm with yogurt or ice cream - may also be served plain.
