GLAZED PINEAPPLE 
1 lg. fresh pineapple
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. orange peel, grated
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Remove top, rind and "eyes" from pineapple. Cut in half and remove core. Place cut side down in baking dish. Melt butter in small pan. Stir in sugar, juices and orange peel. Pour over pineapple and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees, basting occasionally. Cut into 8 slices and serve with vanilla ice cream. Spoon a little extra sauce over ice cream.
