CLAM CHOWDER 
6 slices bacon, cut into quarter inch strips
1 onion
5 diced potatoes
2 cans minced clams with juice
1 1/2-2 qt. milk or can milk
Worcestershire sauce
Butter
Salt & white pepper
Crock pot

Fry bacon and onions together until just before browning. Add potatoes and clams and milk to crock pot. Put drained bacon and onion; add to crock pot along with liberal amount of Worcestershire sauce, butter, salt and pepper. Start chowder on high for 45 minutes to 1 hour then on low for 4 hours.
