1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
30 oz. can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin spice

Mix well and beat in mixer for at least 3 minutes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes in 9 x 13 pan.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk or cream

Cream butter and cheese well and add remaining ingredients.
