STRAWBERRY FLUFF 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. low calorie (or regular) strawberry Jello (cherry Jello is good too)
1 c. hot water
1 c. crushed strawberries (unsweetened)
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until it begins to thicken, about 1/2 hour. Add crushed strawberries. Whip the chilled evaporated milk until almost stiff and fold into the gelatin mixture. Chill until set. Makes 8 servings or 1 large bowl. Using low calorie Jello, it is about 125 calories per serving.
