2/3 cup of boiling water 1 package of Jell-O brand gelatin 1/2 cup of cold water 1/2 cup of ice cubes 2 tubs of Cool Whip 1 Honey Maid pie crust Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to measure 1 cup. Combine with gelatin mixture, stirring until the ice melts. Stir of in 1 tub of whipped topping with a wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min or until mixture thickens. Spoon into crust and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings. |
