JELLO-CHEESE PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (desired flavor - lemon, lime, strawberries, cherry, etc.)
1 c. hot water

Let set until slightly thickened. 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, softened

In a blender mix Jello and cream cheese together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 1 hour before serving.

Garnish according to flavor of Jello used: such as pie filling or fresh fruit. Make it low-cal by using sugar-free Jellos, light cream cheese, and light Cool Whip.
