PINEAPPLE BAKE 
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
16 Ritz crackers, broken
3/4 stick butter, melted

Mix Cheddar cheese, cornstarch and sugar into large bowl. Pour in drained pineapple. Place mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle Ritz crackers. Spoon melted butter over crackers.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
