BAKED PINEAPPLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1/2 c. regular flour
1/2 c. sugar (white)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Spray 9 1/2 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.

1st Layer: Pineapple chunks, drained.

2nd Layer: Mix flour and sugar together; sprinkle over pineapple.

3rd Layer: Sprinkle cheese over next.

4th Layer: Crumble crackers (not too fine); toss with butter. Spread over cheese.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes (uncovered).

Note: Sometimes I use another can of pineapple; serves more.
