GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
Sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 green pepper, cut in lg. pieces
3 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water

Saute steak in butter. Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Add onion and green pepper and saute. Add bouillon mixture, cover and cook 7 minutes. Add water as needed. Add green pepper (large pieces) and cook slightly. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 heaping tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. water

Mix together. Add to steak mixture and thicken. Serve over rice.
