STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Seasoned salt (as desired)

Slice top off green peppers and take out seeds, etc. Place peppers in enough boiling water to cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Cook hamburger meat and onions until meat is lightly browned. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Fill peppers with filling. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Uncover and cook another 15 minutes. Serves 6.
