STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 lg. bell peppers
1 c. cooked rice
1 med. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown beef and onions together. Add rice, salt, pepper, oregano and mix well. Set aside. Cut tops from peppers and remove insides carefully. Fill each pepper with rice and beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers in pan with about half inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. The last 10 minutes add grated cheese.
