GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
Round steak
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Cut up round steak in small pieces and put meat tenderizer on it and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Take out, wash meat tenderizer off. Brown meat and onions, 2 tablespoons butter. Take meat out of pan. Make gravy with flour and water. Put meat in gravy with green pepper and simmer 1 hour. Great over rice.
