4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef round
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. or more salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
6 tbsp. barbecue sauce
6 tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. water
8 sm. green peppers
2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
2 med. onions, quartered
4 celery stalks, cut in 2 inch pieces
1/2 c. canned beef broth
1/2 c. pre-cooked rice

Melt butter in skillet and brown meat. Stir in all seasonings, barbecue sauce, catsup, rice and water. Stuff mixture in green peppers. Place tomatoes, onions, celery and beef broth in oblong baking dish. Top with stuffed green peppers and bake until peppers are crisp tender, about 1 hour. Serves 6.
