3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated lemon peel

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat butter, sugar, eggs until light. Sift dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture and sour cream and vanilla. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoon on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
