BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. butter
3 c. cooked rice
16 oz. jar process cheese spread
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup

Combine broccoli and onion; cook according to package and drain. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour into a 4 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. (12-15 servings.)
