POTATO DUMPLINGS | |
6 potatoes, peeled and grated 2 eggs Salt and pepper to taste Flour to make firm dough (about 1/2 c.) Boiling water Add eggs and seasonings to grated potatoes, mix well. Add flour to make firm dough. Shape into round patties. Drop carefully into rapidly boiling water, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cook until centers are done. Serve with sour cream or chopped onion in butter. |
