GRANDMA'S GREAT JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry flavored Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. sliced sweetened frozen strawberries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (see note)
2 bananas, sliced
1 (1 lb.) carton sour cream
1 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries, pineapple and bananas. Pour half of gelatin mixture into 13"x9"x2" casserole. Place in freeze for 10 to 15 minutes, no more, to hasten setting. Spread with sour cream. Spoon remaining gelatin mixture on top. Spread carefully. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill several hours or overnight until set. Makes at least 12 servings.

NOTE: Juice drained from pineapple can be used in place of about 3/4 cup of the boiling water, if also brought to boil, but gelatin layers will then be cloudy.
