SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices bread
1 beaten egg
Onion powder to taste
1 bottle chili sauce
Water
1/3 c. brown sugar
Pepper to taste
White raisins (optional)

Soak bread slices in beaten egg. Combine with ground beef. Roll into small meatballs. After emptying chili sauce in pot, refill bottle with cold water and empty into pot as well. Stir in onion powder and pepper. Add brown sugar and handful raisins. Carefully add meatballs, bring to a boil, cook additional 30 minutes. Yields 35 meatballs.
