5-BEAN SALAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 can green beans
1 can yellow wax beans
1 can red beans
1 can lima beans
1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas)
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. red onion, sliced
1/2 jar chopped pimento

Bring sugar, vinegar, and oil to a full boil. Set aside to cool. Wash 5 different beans and drain well. After drained, mix in green pepper, celery, onion, and pimento. After liquid is cool, pour over vegetables and mix. Let stand 3 days. Ready to eat third day. Keeps up to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
