CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. milk
2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Add chocolate squares to milk and place over low heat. Cook until mixture is smooth and blended, stirring constantly. Add sugar and salt and stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture boils (medium heat now for boiling). Continue boiling, without stirring, until a small amount of mixture forms a very soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until thick. Pour into buttered pan.
