MOM'S POLISH SAUSAGE 
1 pkg. (one coil) Polish sausage
1 sm. jar currant jelly
1 sm. jar regular mustard

Mix mustard and jelly together in a saucepan over medium heat until melted together to make a uniform sauce. Slice up sausage into the sauce. Stir together and simmer until sausage is done, stirring occasionally. Don't be afraid to try this one - tastes great!
