1 lb. Italian hot sausage 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 pt. Worcestershire sauce Oregano and garlic powder to taste Party rye bread Bring sausage to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and remove from casing. Cook ground beef and sausage (which has been broken apart) in large skillet. Cube cheese and add to mixture, stirring until melted. Add seasonings. Cool 15 minutes and pile on party rye. Freeze on cookie sheets. Store in plastic bag. Bake at 350 degrees (unthawed) for 15 minutes. |
