BAR-B-Q POLISH SAUSAGE | |
2 lbs. Kielbasa 1/2 c. wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. brown sugar Boil sausage until done. Combine all other ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer 2-3 minutes. (Double the sauce recipe if your Kielbasa is large.) When sausage is done, cool slightly and slice into bite-size pieces. Combine sausage and sauce; cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Heat and serve. |
