POLISH SAUSAGE 
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. mustard seeds
1 1/2 tsp. crushed marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
3 sm. garlic cloves (crushed)
8 lbs. pork butt or shoulder cut in cubes

Combine seasonings over cubes in bowl. Toss well. Grind and stuff in casings.
