2 lbs. pork loin or butt Salt & pepper 1 bud garlic 1 tsp. whole mustard seed 3 tbsp. water Casing Remove meat from bones, cut into small pieces and place in food grinder. Add 3 tablespoons water, chopped garlic and the seasoning. Mix thoroughly and stuff into casing. Place sausage in baking dish, cover with cold water and bake in 350 degree oven until the water is absorbed. |
