POLISH SAUSAGE 
4 lbs. pork shoulder
1 lb. round steak

Grind both meats together, then add:

6 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
5 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
1 1/4 c. water

Mix well together, again fry to taste; alter spices if necessary, then case.

This was Tami's great grandmother's recipe; she was from Poland.
