6 lbs. pork shoulder, diced
4 buds garlic
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs. fine ground beef chuck
3 c. water
4 tbsp. sugar
15 feet hog casings

Mix well and let stand in cool place overnight; mix again. Flush casings and stuff.
