| CHOCOLATE CHIP, OATMEAL, PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |

1 c. sugar 2/3 c. brown sugar 1 c. softened butter 1 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 c. quick oatmeal 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 (11.5 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat sugar, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs in bowl. Mix in flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen. | |

Love this recipe! Looked all over for a peanut butter cookie with oatmeal, not such a sweet cookie. I did substitute coconut oil for the butter, love it! I will be using this recipe again. I was able to get 4 1/2 dozen baking at 14 minutes.

I love this cookie recipe. I modified it by using coconut oil instead of butter and using half cup peanut butter and half cup Nutella. My son-in-law said this is his new favorite... and please don't tell his Grandma!!

Great recipe!!! I did however make a few slight changes. I added about 1/2 a cup of sweetened shredded coconut! And since my dad isn't really a huge fan of chocolate chips I only used chocolate chips in half the batch! Also I increased the bake time to 15 minutes instead of 12. I ended up with 61 delicious cookies!!! I will definitely be using this cookie recipe again!
