BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8-12 slices of bread (no crust)
1 1/2 lb. ham (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
4 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 c. milk

In a 12 x 12 glass baking dish grease bottom then layer slices of bread on bottom- cut off all crust. Put ham, cheddar cheese and chopped onion on top of bread. In another bowl beat 4 eggs, add cream of mushroom soup, milk and mix together. Pour over top - set in. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
