MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
3 sm. boxes orange Jello
2 (8 oz.) cartons low-fat plain yogurt
2 cans mandarin oranges

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Drain juice from oranges and add enough cold water to it to make 3/4 cup liquid. Stir this into Jello. Add yogurt, blending in a blender helps make it mix together smoother but not a necessity. Chill in refrigerator until partially set, but not solid. Stir in oranges and return to refrigerator to finishing setting.
