HILDA'S CARROT CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. sugar 4 large eggs 2 c. finely grated carrot 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple 3 1/2 can flaked coconut Mix these ingredients together well. (1/2 c. chopped nuts may be added if you desire). Add the next 5 ingredients one at a time mixing after each addition. 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Bake at 350 degrees in a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan for 40 to 45 minutes. Frost with Hilda's cream cheese frosting. |
