BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar together, then mix eggs and milk together, adding milk gradually. Put in double boiler and cook until thick. Beat whites of eggs until thick and put on top and brown.

Make delicious pie crust out of flour, lard, salt and ice water. Bake pie crust first, then put in the butterscotch filling together with white of eggs to brown.
