BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. water
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Put into top of double boiler brown sugar, flour and butter. Cook until butter melts. Add milk, water, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook until thick. Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell. Cover with meringue.
