BAKED FISH IN MAYONNAISE AND MUSTARD | |
1 lb. fresh haddock or cod 3 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 med.-size onion, chopped (1/2 c.) Dash cayenne 1/8 tsp. dillweed Put fish in a lightly greased shallow baking dish. Stir mayonnaise, mustard, onion, cayenne and dillweed in a small bowl until blended. Spread mixture on fish. Bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) for 20 minutes or until fish just begins to flake when touched with a fork. |
