NANTUCKET BAKED BLUE FISH 
2 lbs. blue fish fillets
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped chives
Salt & pepper

Place fish in buttered baking dish. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
