CHEESE PUFFS 
1 loaf white bread, unsliced (cut into 1 inch square cubes)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Melt cheese and butter in double boiler. Remove from heat. Fold in egg whites and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Dip cubes of bread in above mixture until well coated. Place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight (or freeze). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until fluffy and brown.
