BAMBINI 
1 c. Ricotta
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) lg. flaky biscuits
20 very thin slices pepperoni

Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese; mix well. Halve each biscuit horizontally forming 20 biscuits. Gently shape one piece of dough into an oval (approximately 2 1/2 by 4). Place a pepperoni slice slightly off center on dough. Top with 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture. Moisten edges; fold dough over to enclose filling, pinching edges carefully to seal. Transfer to a slightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
