BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 stick butter
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1/4 c. pimentos (optional)

Cook rice, add soup and cheese. Saute onions and celery in butter. Thaw broccoli with hot water, drain and mix broccoli with other ingredients. Put in baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
