BROCCOLI RICE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese
1 medium onion
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. celery
1/4 stick butter
1/4 c. pimento
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli

Add soup and cheese to rice. Saute onions and celery in butter. Add other ingredients to rice. Cook broccoli as directed on package. Strain. Add to rice mixture. Cool, uncovered, 30 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
