TUNA BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly Brand Cream cheese, cubed
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 c.)

Combine tuna, rice, broccoli, onion, pimento and seasoning mix lightly. Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat; stir until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add to tuna mixture. Mix well. Spoon into 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
