1 pkg. thighs, skinned 1 pkg. legs, skinned Roll in 1/2 cup flour mixed with 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet (butter okay) : 1/2 c. hot catsup 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 c. hot water 2 chicken bouillon cubes 2 tbsp. soy sauce Pour over chicken in a pan, 9"x13"x2" and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Turn every hour. Cover first hour, it will seem done but cook 2 more hours, uncovered. |
