CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken thighs and 4 breasts, or 4 whole breasts only

Boil with seasoning until done. Cut into cubes, then add: 2 c. finely diced celery 2 tbsp. diced onion 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitutes) 1 c. mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour into 13x9 casserole dish.
